Week 17, 18 & 19

Week 17, 18 & 19

My Princess is growing and changing so very fast. She is laughing and giggling all the time now. She is sitting up, rolling constantly, and trying to scoot around. She seems to have a very silly personality and we are enjoying every second of it. We took her to the pumpkin patch but she wasn't too into it. I am sure next year she will have more fun! We also took Ava Joy to Epcot! She did so awesome. I wasn't quite sure how the day was going to go. They have a baby center there with changing tables and a breastfeeding room. She took 3 naps throughout the day in her stroller, ate 3 times, and rode in her stroller most of the day. She did ride in the carrier at the very end of the day. We also saw Hanson in concert which of course Jordan was extra excited about (HAH!). I must say I was quite surprised with the number of devout Hanson fans there still are. I mean woa. We also took Ava Joy on Spaceship Earth (the big golf ball) which is slow moving but dark. Well she started freaking out. Luckily I've got this awesome thing to stop her from crying called the boob! The little carts are just perfectly private so she got a nice little snack on her ride. :)

Somehow my Baby turned 4 months old. It's still hard for me to believe. Her doctor was very surprised at how strong she is and how she is sitting up and already trying to crawl. She said she was very advanced and doing things that her 7 month old isn't even doing yet. Yup, that's my "advanced" girl. :) She weighed in at 13 pounds, 13 ounces (50th percentile) and 24.9 inches (75th percentile). This child is the best part of every day!

Ava Joy also got to experience her first Halloween. She dressed up as the most adorable elephant! ever. I could hardly stand it she was so precious! We took pictures and sat outside and passed out candy. I already have costume plans in mind for next year!

On the saddest note ever... I return to work Monday. My days of being a stay at home mommy have come to an end. (Hopefully only temporarily.) I am beyond upset and depressed about leaving my precious Princess but luckily I do have a job that I love, coworkers that are family, and kids that will put a smile on my face. If you read this please say a prayer for my Baby Girl that this transition goes smoothly for her. I'm starting to fall apart just writing this so for now I plan to cuddle my Ava Joy for the entire weekend and soak in every second I have with her.

And back to a happy note, here are pictures from the past few weeks:
